Are there any books for the CELBAN?
In 2009, the answer was no. Kim began to wonder. She talked to her employer and got a second contract so that she could put her Master in Education to work and teach her nurses how to prepare for the CELBAN.
She began with four short two-hour classes offered once a week for four weeks. That was when she began to notice something.
Kim began to notice all the challenges, internationally educated nurses faced in trying to attend her classes.
Transportation was one of the problems many IENs faced.
Others worked shift work as care aids, and couldn't even attend a class being offered once a week.
There were the live and caregivers whose time was even more limited.
Others had young children.
That was when Kim started to realize that her nurses fell into one of three groups:
busy people,
disillusioned dreamers, and
unsuspecting newcomers.
So she knew and decided that whatever she created needed to address the needs of each of these groups of people
That was when Kim decided to teach CELBAN Preparation courses online, which was back in 2009: long before anyone else was teaching online.

In 2009, when Kim Kara started CELBANPrep, smartphones and tablets did not exist at that time. And YouTube was only four years old, but Kim was an early adopter of technology, always looking for new ways and solutions to make cell band preparation, affordable, accessible, and flexible let's advance in time to the present with the advent of the cell band CBT, the computer-based test being available internationally.
Kim went back into design mode with the intent of extending her reach globally. She knew that there were hundreds and thousands of internationally educated nurses who had been reading her blog and were looking for trustworthy and reliable resources.
And she knew that there were many people willing to claim that they could prepare ions for the CELBAN who did not know anything about the exam.
How did she know this? Because what had happened in Canada would soon be happening globally, but that is a different story for another time, true to the CELBANPrep, compassionate pricing policy.
Kim started creating even more resources so that IENs could prepare for the CELBAN at CELBANPrep University like any university process begins with a registration.

The CELBAN Information Centre
Then using your Gmail account, complete the application form. Once you receive your confirmation, you will gain access to the information center where you can access the bookstore study planners, CELBAN material, flashcards, medical vocabulary, and more. Like every information center, it is also where you learn about the upcoming events classes in sales. Accessing the Information Center is the most affordable option at CPU.
Next, we have the Learning Centers.
The Learning Centers are accessible through the Silver bundle.
It is at this center that Internationally Educated Nurses who are preparing for the CELBAN and gain access to a series of skill development programs.
